  • Squash Court Hire Enjoy indoor fun and fitness playing squash at your YMCA
  • Racquet ball Racquet ball is fast indoor fun and fitness at your YMCA
  • Badminton Badminton is a great sport and a fun social activity. We offer competitions and court hire. A great way to keep fit and have fun!
  • Volleyball Volleyball is a fun indoor team sport, invented by and available at your YMCA!

• Health and Fitness

  • Cycling An indoor cycling class based on outdoor riding. Your friendly YMCA instructor will guide you through a challenging workout of various terrains and intervals to motivational music helping you to achieve a fantastic workout. Participants of all abilities are more than welcome to come and challenge themselves to YMCA indoor cycling.
  • Group Fitness Enjoy fun fitness with friends at your local YMCA. We offer a diverse range of group fitness programs delivered by our friendly qualified instructors. From traditional aerobics to boxing based classes, circuits and more alternative health programs.

• Children's Services
