Zumba combines Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves that will get you hooked and wanting more.
It combines interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.
Get your Health and Fitness goals kicked started with a fun and light hearted Zumba class!
