YMCA Challenge Fitness Camp is an outdoor exercise program designed to help you get the results you want. Our activities are designed to make you fitter, stronger and healthier.

 What do you get?

 A great range of activities - from circuit training and boxing, to endurance running and team based obstacle courses

  • Outdoor settings to get you enjoying the fresh air
  • Our instructors are qualified Personal Trainers who understand the results you want and how to get you there.
  • The use of the centre’s gym and fitness facilities

 YMCA Challenge Fitness Camp will help you reach your goals whether you need to kick start your fitness or just add something new to your current training.
