Pilates
Pilates works the body as a whole integral unit. It focuses on good body alignment and good body positioning encouraging the deeper trunk muscle to lengthen and strengthen. Pilates aim to improve muscle strength, core stability, posture, flexibility as well as improving breathing and relaxation techniques. Pilates is suitable for all and can be of great benefit to someone new to exercise or to the experienced athlete.
