Welcome to Epping YMCA
For over 50 years, the YMCA has long been an integral part of the Epping community. It's been a cornerstone of community engagement and connection; a place where many have learnt gymnastics, gone to vacation care or participated in sport.
But in 2012 things are changing. The Y is excited to announce a $1 million dollar redevelopment which will see the Epping YMCA transformed into a modern community hub. A key feature which will enhance family connection at the Y will be the addition of a premier family Health and Fitness Centre. The YMCA has always been for everyone in the community but will now truly be a place where the whole family can spend quality time together enjoying the benefits of a healthy, active lifestyle.
The transformed new facility will feature family-focused fitness design including:
- Cardio equipment
- Free Weights and weight machines
- Stretch zone
- Personal Training
- Outdoor Group Fitnes
