Leaders in Training (LIT)

The LIT Program is designed for young people between the ages of 14-16 that are interested in learning how to work with younger children in a recreational setting, in particular through the YMCA's Holiday Adventures program. The program offers opportunities to participate in workshops, develop leadership skills, increase self-confidence, provide community service, provide future employment opportunities, build new friendships, and enjoy a fun filled and rewarding school holiday experience.
