Conditions of Entry
Management reserves the right to refuse entry. By entering the Centre you agree to the conditions of entry.
- All children under 10 years of age MUST be supervised at all times by a parent or responsible guardian 16 years of age or older.
- All children 5 years and under MUST be in arms reach supervision of a parent or responsible guardian 16 years of age or older.
- People with medical conditions (ie: epilepsy, heart conditions, etc...) must report their condition to the Duty Manager.
- In the interests of public health and safety, incontinent people must take necessary precautions.
- Alcohol, drugs or glass are not permitted in the Centre.
- No smoking allowed with in the confines of the Centre.
- Any behaviour which is considered offensive, inappropriate or interferes with the enjoyment of other patrons within the Centre will be acted upon.
- All patrons are to wear approved bathing attire.
- All patrons are requested to shower before using the facilities.
- Patrons must follow instructions given by Centre staff.
- The Centre takes no responsibility for lost or stolen belongings.
- Patrons enter the centre at their own risk. Patrons release the Centre from any and all injury that may be sustained whilst they are at the Centre and consent to receiving any medical treatment that the Centre's staff may reasonably consider necessary or desirable in the event that they suffer an injury whilst at the Centre.
- Permanent banning may apply for inappropriate or antisocial behaviour, illegal activities or failure to follow directives of staff.
Failure to comply with these conditions of entry may result in the individual or group be refused entry to the Centre, or being asked to leave. Refunding of any monies will be refused.
