Companion Card
Ian Thorpe Aquatic Centre accepts Companion Cards. The Companion Card allows people with a significant and permanent disability, who require attendant care for the rest of their lives, to participate in community activities and events without discrimination. Membership
Membership options for the Ian Thorpe Aquatic Centre are outlined below. We would highly recommend that you visit the centre at your convenience and one of our membership advisors can take you on a tour of the facility and discuss other membership options including personal training packages. Please feel free to contact us at the centre if you require any further information.
All memberships include a four step induction program and ongoing assistance where we work to keep you continually motivated and excited about visiting the centre.
Our Standard Membership
Flexi Term: Fortnightly direct debit of $47.50 ($105 joining fee) NO CONTRACT
Includes the following:
Unlimited access to all Aquatic Area;
- Program, 50m and Leisure pool
- All Aqua classes
- Steam Room and Sauna
- Locker
Unlimited access to the health club;
- Use off all gym equipment
- Indoor Cycling Classes
- Group fitness Classes (over 70 per week)
- 4 Step fitness induction
- Swim fit and squad program
Our Aquatic Membership
Fortnightly direct debit of $28.80 ($105 joining fee, $55 if a resident of City of Sydney)
Includes the following:
Unlimited access to the Aquatic Area;
- Program, 50m and Leisure pool
- All Aqua classes
- Steam Room and Sauna
- Locker
Pryme (Seniors 50+)
Fortnightly direct debits of $30.40 ($55 joining fee)
Includes the following:
Unlimited access to all Aquatic Area;
- Program, 50m and Leisure pool
- Aqua classes
- Steam Room and Sauna
- Locker
Unlimited access to the health club; (Mon-Fri 6am-3pm All day weekends)
- Use off all gym equipment
- Indoor Cycling Classes
- Group fitness Classes
- 4 Step fitness induction
- Swim fit and squad program
- Specialised group fitness programs for seniors
Teen Gym (Students 12yrs-16yrs)
Fortnightly direct debits of $22.80 ($55 joining fee)
Includes the following:
Unlimited access to all Aquatic Area;
- Program, 50m and Leisure pool
- All Aqua classes
- Locker
Access to the gym is limited to Mon - Fri, Sun 3pm-5pm. This fully supervised program provides ongoing assistance from a qualified fitness instructor for all ten gym participants.
