Information for Members
For your comfort, safety and consideration to other members:
- Please bring a towel and water bottle to each class.
- Appropriate footwear must be worn and age restrictions apply to some classes.
- Please inform the instructor of any injuries/health problems prior to class starting.
- For your safety, we do not recommend for you join a class once the warm-up has started.
- Please also let the instructor know if you need to leave the class early.
Class description
3x3 - 3 x 3min high intensity workouts focused on physical conditioning and mental perseverance.
Ab Blast - An intense 30-minute workout focusing on your core. Enjoy a variety of exercises and challenges that will develop all areas of your abdominals and help strengthen your lower back.
Aqua - Provides a unique workout due to the buoyancy effect of the water, eliminating much of the impact and gravitational stresses. This aspect makes aqua ideal for injury rehabilitation as well as fitness, strength and endurance training.
Aqua (Deep) - Prepare to be challenged with fun and impact free exercises designed to improve balance, agility, posture, flexibility and core strength. This class uses water resistance combined with a cardiovascular component for toning and fitness levels.
Aqua Zumba - The ‘Pool Party’ for all ages, maximise your fun and fitness with Zumba!
Boot Camp - Outdoor fitness utilising both bodyweight & equipment to develop your fitness and team skills. Focus on your mid section in a 15min abdominal circuit.
Boxing - A boxing style workout combining impact and cardio training. Have fun learning new skills and improve coordination.
PrYme Aqua - No complicated movements – just good music and fun! Incorporating both resistance and low-impact cardiovascular exercises with the use of light dumbbells, noodles and other equipment. Designed to improve coordination, flexibility, balance and posture.
X Train - Cardio and circuit training to challenge all abilities.
