Challenge Fitness Camp

Not your traditional boot camp – real people, real results.

YMCA Challenge Fitness Camp is an outdoor exercise program designed to help you get the results you want. Our activities are designed to make you fitter, stronger and healthier.

 What do you get?

A great range of activities - from circuit training and boxing, to endurance running and team based obstacle courses

  • Outdoor settings to get you enjoying the fresh air
  • Our instructors are qualified Personal Trainers who understand the results you want and how to get you there.
  • The use of the centre’s gym and fitness facilities

 What’s your goal – fitness or weight loss?

YMCA Challenge Fitness Camp will help you reach your goals whether you need to kick start your fitness or just add something new to your current training.

 In just three sessions a week over six weeks, the program focuses on:

  • Fitness
  • Strength
  • Weight management
  • Muscular endurance
  • Muscle tone
  • Flexibility

Lake Haven is running FOUR Challenge Fitness Camps. They are:

1st camp| Mon 17 Jan 2011 - Friday 4 Mar 2011

2nd camp| Mon 2 May 2011 - Friday 10 Jun 2011

3rd camp| Mon 1st Aug 2011 - Friday 12th Sept 2011

4th camp| Monday 31 Oct 2011 - Friday 9 December 2011
