Information for Members
For your comfort, safety and consideration to other members:
- Please bring a towel and water bottle to each class.
- Appropriate footwear must be worn and age restrictions apply to some classes.
- Please inform the instructor of any injuries/health problems prior to class starting.
- For your safety, we do not recommend for you join a class once the warm-up has started.
- Please also let the instructor know if you need to leave the class early.
Class description
Active over 50's (Level 3) - A very low impact class for anyone just starting out in exercise or managing conditions such as heart problems, diabetes, arthritis and so on. Consists of easy and enjoyable moves that will not strain your body.
BBT - Combining cardio vascular exercise along with exercises designed to work on the mid section, buttocks and thighs, to tone and sculpt your abdominals.
Body Attack - Is a spots inspired Les mills cardio workout that is focused on building strength and stamina. It combines athletic movements with strength and stabilisation exercises.
Body Balance - Combining the many beneficial and splendid aspects of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates, this workout is set to inspiring and uplifting music to help flexibility and strength, leaving you feeling centred and calm.
Body Step - A simple, athletic and fun workout using an adjustable step platform to increase cardio fitness, and tone and condition the upper and lower body.
BodyPump - The ultimate barbell workout with all the benefits of weight training using adjustable weights in a friendly environment and set to great music. All welcome!
Boxing - A boxing style workout combining impact and cardio training. Have fun learning new skills and improve coordination.
CXWORX™ - Looking for a short, sharp workout that’ll inspire you to the next level of fitness, while strengthening and toning your body? CXWORX™ is for you!
Easy Start over 50's (Level 1) - A very low impact class for anyone just starting out in exercise or managing conditions such as heart problems, diabetes, arthritis and so on. Consists of easy and enjoyable moves that will not strain your body.
Fat Burner - A high intensity circuit based workout with the emphasis on endurance based activities. This allows the body to burn fat for fuel. This class is designed for fun and fitness and is suitable for everyone.
Gentle Strength and Stretch over 50's (Level 2) - A very low impact class for anyone just starting out in exercise or managing conditions such as heart problems, diabetes, arthritis and so on. Consists of easy and enjoyable moves that will not strain your body.
Pilates - A class that teaches a unique method of body control and conditioning, focusing on alignment and positioning while encouraging the deeper trunk muscles to strengthen.
RPM - Great music inspires you through a range of riding terrains enacted through the use of resistance and variable speeds. Entry-level options are encouraged along with intense power training for the elite. No coordination required.
Spin - A non-impact indoor cycle class that is as much about inspiration as it is perspiration. Sessions cater for all levels of experience and fitness. An excellent fat burning class where you control the intensity. No coordination required.
X Trainer - Using the expressway circuit machines for a resistance cardio workout, accompanied with a mixture of aerobics!
Zumba - Calorie burning, body energising and awe inspiring movement! Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a session like no other, no matter the fitness level. There are no wrong moves in Zumba!
