Class Description

ABS N' CORE - An intense 30-minute workout focusing on your core. Enjoy a variety of exercises and challenges that will develop all areas of your abdominals and help strengthen your lower back.

BODYBALANCE - Combining the many beneficial and splendid aspects of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates, this workout is set to inspiring and uplifting music to help flexibility and strength, leaving you feeling centred and calm.

BODYPUMP - The ultimate weights workout with all the benefits of resistance training using an adjustable barbell set to great music. This class will challenge all your major muscle groups to make you stronger, as well shaping and toning your body.

BOXING - A boxing style workout combining impact and cardio training. Have fun learning new skills and improve coordination.

EXPRESS ROW - A short and sharp workout with an emphasis on indoor rowing. The class also incorporates off-the-rower exercise.

PILATES - A class that teaches a unique method of body control and conditioning, focusing on alignment and positioning while encouraging the deeper trunk muscles to strengthen.

prYme ACTIVE - A class aimed at maintaining heart and lungs, enjoy a cardio based workout specifically designed for the mature adult.

prYme STRENGTH - A resistance based workout which will assist with strengthening muscles and joints, improving stability and balance, therefore making day-to-day activities easier.

SPIN - Fantastic freestyle stationary cycle workout. Places demands on the cardiovascular system and lower body. Your instructor will provide ever-changing scenery and challenges. No coordination required.

CYCLATIES- This class is designed to give you a total body workout combining a 25 minute cardio workout on the bike and then finishing with toning and core exercises off the bike. Suitable for all fitness levels.

YOGA - Known for its ability to heal and bring peace of mind. Learn how to stretch and tone while slowing down the breath.
