Challenge Fitness Camp
Challenge Fitness Camp is a six-week outdoor group fitness program comprising of three sessions a week with a qualified YMCA fitness instructor. Each session involves a variety of exercises and activities ranging from circuit training, boxing, endurance running, obstacle courses and team based activities – at a variety of locations. At the Y we call it boot camp without the boot! Find out more.
