Teen Gym
The YMCA teen gym program is an after school program for teenagers aged between 12 -15 years offering age appropriate exercise programs for teens run by qualified YMCA fitness trainers. Teen gym is a fun and exciting program in which your children can improve their strength, fitness, general health and well being. Teen Gym will also help develop positive exercise habits for life, as well as helping young people grow in confidence and self-esteem.
