Information for Members

For your comfort, safety and consideration to other members:

  • Please bring a towel and water bottle to each class.
  • Appropriate footwear must be worn and age restrictions apply to some classes.
  • Please inform the instructor of any injuries/health problems prior to class starting.
  • For your safety, we do not recommend for you join a class once the warm-up has started.
  • Please also let the instructor know if you need to leave the class early.

Class description

Abs 'n' Core - An intense 30-minute workout focusing on your core. Enjoy a variety of exercises and challenges that will develop all areas of your abdominals and help strengthen your back.

Aqua - Provides a unique workout due to the buoyancy effect of the water, eliminating much of the impact and gravitational stresses. This aspect makes aqua ideal for injury rehabilitation as well as fitness, strength and endurance training.

Body Balance - Combining the many beneficial and splendid aspects of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates, this workout is set to inspiring and uplifting music to help flexibility and strength, leaving you feeling centred and calm.

BodyPump - The ultimate barbell workout with all the benefits of weight training using adjustable weights in a friendly environment and set to great music. All welcome!

Boxing - A boxing style workout combining impact and cardio training. Have fun learning new skills and improve coordination.

Circuit - \'Circuit\' is a combination of high intensity aerobics and resistance training. Designed to be easy to follow whilst constantly evolving, you can expect to improve cardiovascular fitness, tone and burn unwanted FAT!

Cycle - Your freestyle cycle class. Energising music helping you climb those mountains and sprinting through to the finish, this class will get the heart pumping as well as toning those legs.

Pilates - A class that teaches a unique method of body control and conditioning, focusing on alignment and positioning while encouraging the deeper trunk muscles to strengthen.

Power Strike - Power strike is a Muay Thai style class that mixes traditional boxing and kick boxing with an array of cardio based exercises. Be prepared to sweet and workout in an energy fuelled 60 minute class.

Powerbox - A cardiovascular workout using resistance and boxing training equipment. Can be modified for beginners to advanced. Great for strengthening and toning upper body muscles as well as improving fitness and core stabilisation.

Stretch - Floor based class with emphasis on stretches to increase and maximise joint and muscular flexibility.

Teen Gym - Utilising full extent of gym equipment, trainers provide an introduction to the gym specifically tailored for teenagers.

Yoga - A sequence of postures designed to increase concentration, endurance, strength and flexibility. There is an emphasis on alignment, extension and muscle activation. Upon completion of the class, you will be relaxed, leaving you completely revitalised.

Zumba - Calorie burning, body energising and awe inspiring movement! Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a session like no other, no matter the fitness level. There are no wrong moves in Zumba!
