We believe it is very important that you and your trainer are a perfect match, that is why we always offer a free personal training session to introduce you to your trainer. If for whatever reason you believe you would be suited to another trainer we fully understand and we can offer you another free session with a different trainer.

"The day I received the phone call from my trainer Michelle Josephson introducing herself and informing me that I was part of the Hawkesbury Oasis YMCA’s first ever 12 Week Challenge was the day that a team of professionals entered my life.
Not only was my training beefed up but my life became more enriched in so many ways that I’m sure they’re not completely aware of. The obvious benefit I have received is a physical one, losing under 8 kg’s, a massive total of 44cm’s off my body, a few dress sizes, increased fitness and toning and shaping of my body. However for me, the benefits are much greater than this.
Coming at a time of personal tragedy and deep grief, my true spirit was presented to me through the efforts of the trainers. "Having only just joined Oasis I was a little unsure about how to even approach getting started in the gym – this is where Sean was extremely helpful.
Sean began by setting about what my personal goals were, and right through the 12 week period constantly had those goals at the forefront of my mind. For this, I owe Sean a huge debt as he kept me focused, encouraged and enthused to the point that I was not only seeing the results of his sessions, but found myself finding time outside our sessions to attend.
During the sessions Sean was firm but fair. Sean pushed the boundaries when he knew he could but was also able to identify when perhaps things were not as they should be, and w adjusted the workout routines according to how I was feeling that day. His ability to adapt to the environment and instinctively know when to change things up made the 12 Week Challenge rewarding and enjoyable.
I encourage anybody who thinks that this type of program may suit them to give it a go. All the staff at Oasis provided support and encouragement throughout the program. Once again I would like to thank Oasis for the opportunity to participate and help me on my way to achieving a healthy me."

"Linda was a great, extremely motivational and dedicated personal trainer. She was absolutely fantastic and helped me lose approximately 34cm’s around all areas of my body.
Since starting my training with her I have gone off anti-depressants and dropped around 7kg’s. Linda really understood when it came to my personal life and working around my hours, she went out of her way to get me to my sessions even if she didn’t have to work that day. She has made me want to go to the gym again, stay healthy and stay in my fave Lee Jeans.
I would recommend her to anyone. Having Linda as my trainer for the 12 Week Challenge was pure luck I couldn’t have asked for a better trainer."
