• Aquatics

  The YMCA of Sydney is a leading provider of aquatic facilities and programs with a focus on aquatic education programs for people of all ages and abilities.   • Aqua Aerobics

    YMCA Aqua Aerobics is a low impact aqua fitness program for all abilities. A full cardio work-out without joint stress. Great for recovery and re-introduction to exercise. Ideal for all ages and fitness levels. Most centres also offer pryme-movers aqua for mature adults.

  • Learn To Swim The YMCA's "Aquasafe" learn to swim programs are about much more than just learning to swim, they are a holistic approach to aquatic education. We run programs year round, including school holiday programs and offer programs for everyone from six months to 99 years.
  • Holiday Splash Our school holiday intensive learn to swim programs. Qualified friendly teachers cover water safety, stroke development and correction in a safe, fun and friendly environment.
  • Squads For the competitive or recreational swimmer. Professional coaches provide advanced stroke correction and technique advice. Swimmers of all ages are guided and motivated by coaches to reach personal goals and achieve fitness results.
